How We Get There
This is not a violent revolution. This is a constitutional reset through legitimate means.
Phase 1: Win Seats
- Run Decentralist candidates for existing House seats
- Build a caucus committed to structural reform
- Demonstrate the philosophy in action
Phase 2: Constitutional Amendments
- Repeal the 17th Amendment (restore state appointment of senators)
- Expand House representation (uncap the 435)
- Amendment for sortition (lottery selection)
- Amendment for term limits (one term, go home)
Phase 3: Structural Transition
- Deploy the distributed infrastructure (Paper XIII)
- Transition representatives to distributed model
- Convert governors to State CEOs
- Simplify taxation
Phase 4: Consolidation
- Eliminate redundant layers
- Sunset unnecessary laws
- Reduce federal scope to enumerated powers
Timeline: This is generational. The corruption took a century to build. It may take decades to unwind.
But every journey starts with articulating the destination. These papers are that articulation.
